We also have several threads on this very topic here in the library as well but they won't give you step by step instructions so much as answer some common safety questions and discuss styles etc.

Additionally you will find a wide range of books written on the topic available at amazon.com not to mention looking in your local bookstores.

They also have lots of seminars and work shops around the world that you can find with a simple web search.
