Well, a study I read about a few years back said that un-circumcised men have 8 layers of skin on the tip of the cock, in general. While circumsised men have 14 layers of skin in general. Your cock-head isn't anatomically much different from your fingers and what happens when you do something too much? You get calluses. That's what happens. So, no cut nerve-endings, just a bit more skin to get through to those nerves.
