A Rare Insight

Yes, i'm already breaking my usual rule; this blog is largely about me because i feel that i need to say it on record. Don't get me wrong if this is the first time you've been to my blog, though - i'm not so innocent as to think that i'm the center of any world (my own included,) and you'll find that my other entries are much different.
i haven't been here that long, but i have met some wonderful people so far (and some not so wonderful, lol, but it's the former that i concern myself with today) And it don't feel like it needs to be said to you all, per se, but that i need to say it for myself: i am having a great time getting to know you all, but i am definitely playing the field so to speak. i'm here for friends first and foremost, but if/when any of You cause me to change my mind and get serious, you will be the first to know.
As i get closer to some, i feel like this is the easiest way to explain some of my nuances, mostly because i feel like writing at the moment =)
A bit about me as a sub:
- i use the term submissive and not slave as a rule, and i do not feel that they are ranked titles, ie: a slave is more willing than a submissive, etc.
- i have never used the word Master. Do not expect or hope for it; i honestly don't think it will ever grace my lips. To Master something is a grand feat indeed, and i'm so constantly changing that i don't believe One could ever Master me.
- i have never had need of the word Sir either, but am not opposed to it; i just refuse to give it out like candy. i use it for Him, and Him alone.
- i don't consider myself a misogynist although i enjoy misogyny as a mental highlight to my sexual predicaments, nor do i consider myself a sadist though i enjoy pain to clarify pleasure. In general, i often refuse to label myself in an effort to avoid pigeonholing.
A bit about me as a person:
- i am extremely specialized in my choice of profession, and although it tends to wind me up, i love my job.
- i lock myself out of the house a lot. i wouldn't remember my head if it weren't connected to my shoulders.
- i have a show dog and i don't care what you think about me spoiling her.
- as hard as i try not to be stereotypically female, i can't help the fact that i love cooking and a clean set of sheets.
- my favorite book is a classic, but often i admit i read pure fluff.
If you've made it this far, congratulations. i'm flattered you found me that interesting =)
