A I stated before the password issue is resolved,!!!!!!!!

The problem that WAS happening here was the settings were set to "request" the members to re-set/re-do a new password every 60 days ,, this WAS based on past guidelines of the Forums.

This issue as I stated WAS completely removed and no longer exists!!!!!!!!!!!

The issue of the "site" retaining your password is NOT the issue you refer to the site DOES indeed remember it,, if YOU!!!!!!!!! clear your browser and cookies then YES you MUST re-log in ,, as do I everytime I clear mine. This is NOT a problem with the site its just the way it is PERIOD !!!!!!!!!!!!

NOTHING more can or will be "fixe" in reference to pasword issue!!

At the risk of offending anyone, especially an Administrator, (TorQ) and his own exclamatory punctuations aside, it is NOT my problem of forgetting passwords and the issue of passwords does present itself within a 60-day period as so described.

To his credit, I again say that the allowance of admittance has been resolved.

The 60 day password "request" was a setting in the program and was completely deleted,, This was done back on 11/18/2007, since then ZERO issues !

IF there is an issue with passwords it is NOT this site or program, OW

Assuming that the rather exhaustive punctuations by Torq also equal exasperations, my sympathies.

It remains frustrating, however, for those not forgetting their passwords, (and clearing their cookies), to continue to be denied access and reminded by automated messages that they are negligent, plus the entire cause for the disruption. To only be seconded by an Administrator.

Suffice to say, exasperations or no, the issue of log-ins does continue despite all good intent of Administrators and Members, an issue that deserves to be fully addressed without recriminations from either side.

hi, I was able to log in, but not access the chat area, I shut down, cleared my cookies, now I cant even log on to the site, it will not accept my password at all, hence my evil twin, who is having the same problem. when I log in I can access everything except chat, also still trying to reset my password...HELP.****please

M,KHL the reason is simple,,you re-registered with a new name and hadn't activaated the confirm e-mail,, all should work now,,

Errrr did you click "accept" sig or whatever the little button is? You have to enter it, then click the little button on the left under the msg box (this white window that you type in)... Also, if it exceeds a certain size, it'll kick it, but tell you that it's too big...

You might also check in your User CP to make sure you are displaying signatures.

I seem to be having a problem with signatures but I think it is working now

Having solved-at least for the time being, the issue of log-ins, I now find that any attempts to access profiles during chat all seem to end up with members' buddy lists, ( rather than their profile info).

Any answers to this would be highly appreciated.

When you access the profiles, it is set on the buddy list - but you need to click on the 'about me' tab and it'll bring up their profile

Go to the User CP (in the menu, top left, next to Chat)

There's a menu down the left side and you can change almost anything from there.

You can even change your name and not lose your other info, posts, etc., just PM an administrator.
