i have consumed large amounts of a Mistresses wonderful shit. i find it humiliating and degrading, it make sme hard. i have never felt sick afterwards except when i have farted in the 24hrs following. i once farted in my personal trainers face while she was holding my feet down and i was doing sit up. That being said..there was something my son's pediatrician told me when he started potty training and started thinking it was okay to poop in the tub. 'We're all colonized by bacteria. However, you can't colonize yourself.' If you must indulge in this kind of play, I think it would make sense to have one eat one's own solid waste. Dogs do it. I have a Shih Tzu who does it all the time. After all, what's coming out of your insides will just go back into your insides; nothing different there. I think that would probably be safer. (Don't quote me on that! I'm not a doctor!!)
Personally, the idea disgusts me. However, to each his own (and oh, my son has stopped pooping in the tub. Good thing too, it was clogging the drains!)

eating your own shit is still very dangerous. Yes, it was inside you, but it was in your digestive tract, and not able to enter your body from there to infect it. The reason waste is being expelled from your body in the first place is because it is un-needed or dangerous. Anything that comes out is something your body did not want inside, for whatever reason. So eating your own/ another person's shit is pretty much the same in terms of danger levels.
