Okay, I once saw the movie "Trainspotting", and there's this scene where one of the guys (everyone in the movie was Scottish I think) is just ranting and raving in a bar... and I swear, I did not understand a single thing he said in the whole scene.
Mit diesem Herz hab ich die Macht
    die Augenlider zu erpressen
ich singe bis der Tag erwacht
    ein heller Schein am Firmament
    Mein Herz brennt

Aye, that character was Begbie (actor Robert Carlise), and he was (surprise, surprise) portraying a Glaswegian.

I moved to Scotland 11 years ago and I still get that yummy feeling when I hear most of the accents. And let us not forget Sean Connery - an Edinburgh man and of course, Billy Connolly.

I find abbrasive and harsh accents (including German, Russian, Bulgarian, etc.)to be simply divine and erotic

LOL. I experienced the same thing, but i found that i had to concentrate throughout the movie or i'd lose the ability to understand the dialogue. (says the guy with the southeast US accent) "yall youngins take the polk over yonder and dont fall in the crick. Aint no reason for yuns to be fallin in no crick!"
Searching aimlessly throughout my life, my purpose, what makes me whole, evading me, just out of my grasp... until those two simple words were uttered... "Yes, Master".
    Thank you, my sweet submissive
