I moved to Scotland 11 years ago and I still get that yummy feeling when I hear most of the accents. And let us not forget Sean Connery - an Edinburgh man and of course, Billy Connolly.
I find abbrasive and harsh accents (including German, Russian, Bulgarian, etc.)to be simply divine and erotic

LOL. I experienced the same thing, but i found that i had to concentrate throughout the movie or i'd lose the ability to understand the dialogue.
