What unique ideas have you had that may be punishments or pain devices?

A punishment bra has been around for centuries. It was devised at least as far back as the Inquisition, though the device was a bit more brutal than thumbtacks. Pamela's "Taxi To Torture" in the Library has a great series of chapters on wearing one. The library is an excellent place to research devious punishment and pain devices...though some might be a bit difficult to fabricate or implement.

Nothing new but I always found making your sub stand on their tip toes face to face againt the wall with thumbtacks, broken glass, hot embers if you can, or anything else painful you can think of placed underneath their feet and at least 2-3 feet back that way they can't try to jump over it very entertaining to watch.
Not sure if I can claim it original or not but I developed a bind where the sub is locked down in say doggie-style position with two ropes stretching their arms criss crossed supporting their overall body weight.. probably not the best description so I will try to post a pic of it later, very nice bind.
