I have never cried, giggled or passed out from orgasm although I frequently have extremely intense orgasms and also multiple orgasms. I think my husband has a trick that he just won't stop whatever he is doing. He will carry on through the orgasm and afterwards not letting me calm down, I think this is what stops me doing the above.
And just to add - I also scream VERY loudly!
