I also like Best Bondage Erotica, although it is short stories rather than a novel. Going slightly crazy though since pretty much every bookstore I go into has it, but none of them have the second volume. Or a newer collection of a different name but same general idea also edited by Tyler.

And Carrie's Story made it onto a Playboy list of the top (insert number here??) Erotic Books, but I haven't read it myself.

Other than that, since I'm picky about my pr0n I tend not to buy novels, if I didn't like that author's way of writing sex I'd be stuck with a whole book of it!
