Alpha, beta, and a Omega slave

I've heard of a "lowest" slave, though the word Omega wasn't used, and in that, the lowest slave is submitted to whomever else may be around, they get used by everyone for whatever tasks, sort of a "runt of the litter" type of position. But I have not known anyone, nor spoken to anyone, who actually experienced a social structure like that.

I have to say, I also have not met anyone who has their harem that structured. Would be interested if anyone who has experienced it could comment.

It also occurs to me that an alpha slave position is one place where a Switch may fit neatly into the hierarchy. They get to be a sub to the Dom/me who is above them and a Dom/me to the subs who are below them.
