I call it kitty (as in I love stroking my kitty), muffin (as in "the muffin shop is open!"), velvet glove, scarlet lily...but my favorite name for it will always be cunt.

and I always thought "front-butt" was the medical term for what happens those of us with a bit of a tummy wear too-tight, high-rise mom jeans with shirts tucked in.
