I don't think it would make a sound. Or are you thinking of the sound I would vocalize if the leash was pulled?

Wouldn't it just rip out when pulled on?

I have a very similar problem as you.. I am very tight/small and sometimes things are rather painful. I refuse to break it myself... b/c I think it will be a lovely gift for my Husband/Dom one day. Very interesting though, I'd like to know more about it.
It wouldn't rip if it's not pulled too hard; it would take someone who really understands the value of subtle control. After six years of tampon use, it's shown signs of stretching but not breaking; it's now stretched long enough that I can hook my finger around it and pull it out so I can see it if I crane my neck. I've actually suspected that if it's stretched enough by then, it might not break when I have sex the first time. I've used a large dildo before and it didn't break. (it was very painful though, so I didn't use it again.)

It just tore once when I was having sex. The pain was excrutiating but I did enjoy it somewhat.
From what I've read, they're very rare: about 3-4 percent of girls are born with them. I've never met another person who had a septate hymen (that I knew of); you're the first. Nice to meet you!

The reason I exclusively use tampons, in spite of the pain when pulling them out, is I intensely dislike pads. That might be why mine is more stretched out than other women's.
