Somehow, Rebecca managed to sit and eat dinner with her parents. She had escaped as fast as possible to her room after dinner, saying she had lots of homework to do. As soon as she had made sure her parents were still downstairs and her door was closed tight, she grabbed the phone and called Gillian, her best friend.

"I have got to talk to you," she whispered.

"Why? What's up?" Gillian's curiousity was aroused.

"I just had the most amazing experience of my life! I had sex with the guy at Klingman's!" Having dropped this bombshell, Rebecca wasn't surprised at the complete silence coming from the phone.

It was shattered when Gillian screamed in her ear. Giggling, she held the phone away from her ear for a moment or two, to let Gillian vent.

When she could manage to get a word or two spoken inbetween Gillian's questions, Rebecca knew she couldn't explain it all on the phone without her parents telling her to get off the phone and back to her homework. Suggesting to Gillian that they had to meet right away, they arranged to meet at the Library in 20 minutes.

Picking up a coule of her schoolbooks, Rebecca breezed past her parents, telling them where she was going and who with.
