Lets see my qualifactions hmmmm i can balance my bank book which seems to allude most govrenments.I know right from wrong and will punish all wrong doers harshly after all I am dom and I have experance in it.I do not tolerate political correctness a crippy is a cripple a midget is a midget.

I can balance my checkbook also, it is the bank that seems to have the problem here. I cannot be out of money, I still have checks left.
