As a general rule diseases don't tend to spread between species. Doggy (or whatever) germs would have a hard time living in people and vice versa. Though the exchange of fluids during sex would be an excelent means of transmition.
I just don't think there has been a lot of research on the matter.
Of course if you were willing to experiment ( in the intrest of science of course) I'd be happy to observe and take notes.
