My Master and I did one 3 month session of Body for Life together. While he did not try to 'make' me comply, I felt such motivation to keep with the program and did quite well because I knew he would know.
I suppose it was more like a workout buddy who was going through the same program....but....there was an element of D/s that ruled the day. *s
