Punishments for breaking CR

My thoughts on this yesterday involved the fact that I am loathe to punish failure in CR, because it is a natural reaction to stimulation, and it may be that I am the reason my sub came. In other words, I misjudged the edge.

That being said, I think we need more information to answer this question. Was this a deliberate act, or simply slipping over an edge that can be hard to define? If the latter, this thread is probably more than enough punishment, if the former, I would vote for more CR thraining and a long period without cumming.

Thanks everyone, I was just curious to see how others handled it. It was my first time and master didn't keep me on it long.

I have to agree chocolate deprivation would be a horrible punishment ^_^
