My favorite BDSM scene in a straight porn flick is the series (especially the final) of dungeon scenes in Maraschino Cherry, where 'Slave' has to balance two glasses of water while being reamed and having her head held over a hot-plate. (Yes, I know that at least two actors were used for 'Slave' -- one of them male, I think -- and that the camera cut away several times to let the actor balancing the glasses rest her arms, but it was still hot!)

My favorite BDSM film is L' Image, a dubbed, black-and-white that was better (in my opinion) than the book, which was good in itself. My favorite scenes from that were the rose garden (fucking Anne with the thorny stem), having tea (a pissing scene -- and I'm not much for wet sex), and the closing whipping scene, which was pretty horrific (and bloody).

From the Pain Sex series, my favorites were the ones shot in England (violet wands, suspending the woman from her clit ring) and the lesbian German film with the sub getting her pussy sewn shut, which also had mass hypodermic needle penentrations.

From vanilla films, a real disappointment was 8MM, a Nicolas Cage film from three or four years ago. Another was Hardcore, a George C. Scott film from twenty (or more) years ago. Depending on your mind-set, it could be argued that Silence of the Lambs had some pretty good SM/CP, though the snuff aspect will squick it for some people.
