As with all piercing desicions, if you go to a shop, check the place out beforehand. Is it clean, do they have autoclave equipment? Is each piece in it's own package if not? I debated for a long time and decided to get my clit hood pierced at the local shop after hearing very good things about the guy who did it. Are the piercers friendly? Do they answer your questions, allieviate your fears? I would not trust my nipples to someone who won't stop to answer my questions!

I can't answer about how they do it because I haven't had my nipples pierced, but with the hood, they asked me to remove my skirt and panties, sit back in the chair, relax. He cleaned the area carefully and explained how it would be done, waited for me to be ready, and then it was over. Honestly it hurt, but it was a split second, and then it was done. lol handcuffs are probably not a good idea, but take a friend! They can hold your hand and help calm and relax you
Can't answer about the alcohol question... I believe that sea salt solution was actually recommended instead of anything else.
Price hmm, I think one nipple piercing costs about $50-65 here? Unsure.
