Okay... my inaugural newbie question posting! I'd appreciate some help.
One of the things that got me interested in submission was what I later learned is called, "pet play"...or at least I think it is. A former boyfriend introduced me to it by treating me like his pet; he would call me his "little puppy" and encourage me to get into the roll as much as I could. The thought and the memories still excite me.
I'd like to learn more about it. The nerd in me figures there MUST be a book or something on the need to behave this way. Does anyone know of a good one? I've found a few things, but nothing to really satisfy my curiosity. I'm curious to know WHY this make me feel so good and what it says about me as a person. At the start I thought, "Wow...this is pretty messed up," but I don't think that something that makes me feel this good without interfering with the rest of my life can be so bad.
My apologies if this isn't the right forum.
