Looking for two specific stories

Got a bit of a nut to crack today. At least a year ago I stumbled upon two stories while just mindlessly surfing the web and I can´t find them again. It is driving me bonkers. I'm not even sure where they were posted or if it was on a writers own page or even if they were posted on the same site.

Anyways, here is the short and sweet of them:

(ff reluctant)
The story starts of with a woman coming home to another woman to attend a party at her home. She is early and is given the grand tour. In the bedroom she is gauded into trying on (I think) handcuffs. She is then left in the bedroom with the cuffs on since the hostess need to get ready. All through the story the party starts up, guests arriving and then leaving as the party ends and as this happens the hostess returns to the bedroom over and over again putting the woman in more and more elaborate restraints telling her that she can end it whenever she feels like, just go out to the guests and show what has been done. The shame is preventing her from leaving the bedroom.

(kidnap sold slave)
An older woman is kidnapped by an organisation and sold to a young married couple as a sort of substitue motherfigure. They take her home and she settles into her new position as a kept slave of sorts.

Anyway, if anyone nows what stories this is and where to find them ... I would love to read them again.

And of course, any suggestions on similar stories where a woman is reluctantly introduced to a submissive life without really having thought about it before... those would be much appreciated
