If you stop or slow down, gradually increasing the time, it's often enough.

I used to be one of those girls that would let my orgasm build and build and once it hit that was it I was done. Then I decided I wanted to be able to be multiple orgasmic so I got to practicing. For one thing I didn't stop myself anymore from having an orgasm. If I felt rising in me, I went for it and had it. And like Ruby said, once I got there if my partner continued to play with me I could have another and another.

That sounds so great. In my life time, try as they may, I have found some women who couldn't do that, no matter how much they wanted to or how hard their partner tried. I say "they" because it has never happened to my wife and me but we have had a couple friends who admitted that it was difficult for the woman to achieve one orgasm and multiple ones were just a dream for them. That is why I originally said lots of foreplay and a lot of stamina.

I personally believe once you find the correct recipe, no matter what it entails (digital stimulation, cunnilingus, BDSM techniques, toys, etc., or just plain everyday fucking), the orgasms will follow. Whatever turns one on and works for them, I believe is great.
