Ideas for painful bondage positions

What are some safe but pretty painful bondage positions to put a slave into? The idea would be for the pain to gradually increase as the position becomes more and more uncomfortable, until the slave is almost trembling in a pool of sweat from the prolonged pain.

Some that don't seem very painful can be extremely so if held for a long time.
Speaking from experience, being tied on a table with your hands together above your head (your head is close to the edge of the table) and then pulled down slightly so that your hands are a little below the edge of the table with just a little give in the rope is not uncomfortable to begin with, but keep someone in that position for more than 30 or 40 minutes and the pain becomes excruciating, in the shoulders, neck and back.

She will beg to be released, offering whatever you want. She will offer to be spanked, whipped, caned, anything, to get out of that position.

This position is probably just the kind you are looking for, for a narrow shouldered woman that is, since men's arms and shoulders are slightly different in width, etc., it may not be as painful to a man, or it may be more.

You'll have to experiment. Woodsman isn't about to let me try with him.

I've discovered some painful positons by trial and error.
1. Tie her hands behind her back and put a leather dog collar just above her elbows. Tie a rope to one ring and run the rope through the other. Tug slowly to pull her elbows closer together.

2. Place her face down and tie her hands together. Tie her ankles together. Pull her hail into a ponytail and tie a rope to the ponytail. Run this rope back between her ankles and snug it. This will pull her head back and also pull on her hair.

Dog collars only have one ring...could you possibly be a little more specific in your description?

the position can be maintained for long periods of time. As you can see on the rge website the position readily accommodates itself to a variety of further adventures.

Because the link I gave was to the entire photoshoot of the movie - a truely awesome site once you learn the Czech way of doing things. My method of teaching is always to orient first toward the general and let the reader navigate to the particular.
