Looking for ideas for working with a male friend who wants to try some simple tasks. I have generally been on the receiving end and being a girl, i don't know what is fun and safe for cbt

Hmmm, let's see. I have some experience with CBT, so I'll offer what knowledge I can.

First off, the type of rope/string you use is important. Thin guage rope, like a boot lace, works well. If the guage is small, it will cut pff the circulation better, and give you a nice peurple color in the balls. A thicker guage rope doesn't cut off the circulation, but does a good job of stretching the balls, and is better if you want to pull on it, or suspend weights.

When you are binding balls, take your string, and make a loop around it, and tie a simple granny knot to keep it in place. Leave about 6" on one end, and the remaining length on the other. Now make as many tight passes around the balls as you can. On the last pass, go around the penis too. This will prevent tearing of the skin between the base of the penis and the scrotum. Now tie it off and admire.

For the first couple times, let the guy do this himself. While it is scary to look at your balls turning purple, he will know better than anyone how titght is too tight, and also let him decide how long to keep it on. Encourage him to keep it on as long as he can. And then subsequent times increase the duration. I once had tight ball bondage for about 3 hours at work. And I know someone who went about 36.

Here are a couple examples.

Thick guage rope. It's hard to tell since the pic is dark, but my balls never turned purple, even though it was tight, and they were very stretched.

Small guage. The balls weren't stretched, but it cut off the circulation, which is very uncomfortable, more so than stretching.

And finally, you can have fun with clips and clothes pins. This is pretty basic, and needs no real explanation. But here are some pics since I am a cam whore.

This hurt more coming off. You can change the sensation by slowly squeezing them open, quickly squeezing them, or just pulling them off. Pulling FUCKING HURTS. But in a good way.

other forms of CBT are out there aside from clips and ropes.

As for my submissive and I he is a foot fetishist and well, I just do everything so when I play with his love of CBT and feet usualy I lay him down on the floor and step on the balls, not too hard, I slowly add pressure and hold that pressure at certain points, usualy when he screams moans and convulses.

yes it looks terrifieng but I know my boy likes it, if the pain gets too intense we use saftey words because I wouldn;t want him to hurt me to bad in a switch so we keep it equal and mutual,.... after a good stepping I'll kick him a few times or jsut use him to whipe my feet off on, usualy that sends him into a craze and we get a good fuck out of it.
