Um...i don't know what either of those are! i found this link though. That link is for the cream but we use the stick. I can highly recommend ginger root - find it in the grocery store for about $1, usually near the potato and onion baskets. The picture is below. It helps to be in NYC, where dudes sell belts on the street for $2. Buy a belt with holes all up and down it. Buckle it and fold it in half.
