    Nope...physical pain seems a bit beyond just got getting any, not any reason that should cause pain that I know of...I'd suggest you see a doctor, may be a problem and even anyone qualified here couldn't do a real diagnosis.

    Back!

    If your referring to blue balls, there are plenty of articles that discuss the topic.

    Pelvic congestion is a condition of temporary uncomfortable and sometimes painful condition of both men and women, usually caused by prolonged sexual arousal.

    Women can also experience discomfort due to unrelieved vasocongestion as their pelvic area also become engorged with blood during sexual arousal. They can experience pelvic heaviness and aching if they do not reach orgasm.
    I agree with EB though, see a doctor to make sure there isn't anything seriously wrong.

    Or are you talking about having sex, going for a long while not having it, then having sex again and it hurts?

    I've had that happen.

    I've also had the pain that ID just posted. *mutters something about cr and teasing and......* grr......lol

    I agree with that D'lish says. If I have sex and then stop completely never to have it again, there's no pain, but if I start up again, it usually hurts a bit.

    I heard something on the Dan Savage podcast. Edge'ing yourself for an extended period can lead to real damage. ie to masturbate and stop just before you cum, and doing that for an extended period, like a week or more. According to him things can break inside and cause scaring with isn't nice. In this case it was a man who got the problem, and I can imagine this is a problem that's probably worse for men, but you never know.

    no its muscle tightness in my back, neck and every where else, plus pressure in my clit and it lasts a few weeks. lets say i have sex once a week for a month then for what ever reason it stops in this case it would start about a week and half later after the last sexual encounter and last a few weeks then go away or i have sex and it goes away sooner. I don't think its blue balls because even though everything turns me on and it's normal for me to be arused 27/7 it always gets taken care of by masterbation.

    I was just woundering if anyone else has felt these things.

    I just edge once everday, coming on day 14 I think. It's not painful yet, but sex is more often then not in my mind.

    Can't say that I have had pain but after a sustained time without climax (don't think I ever made it to a week) when it came it would be quite intense.

    Wikipedia is where I got the reference for women experiencing this. It is refered to as Pelvic Congestion Syndrome. Symptoms can include;

    The chronic pain that is associated with this disease is usually dull and aching. The pain is usually felt in the lower abdomen and lower back. The pain often increases during the following times:

    * Following intercourse
    * Menstrual periods
    * When tired or when standing (worse at end of day)
    * Pregnancy

    Other symptoms include:

    * Irritable bladder
    * Abnormal menstrual bleeding
    * Vaginal discharge
    * Varicose veins on vulva, buttocks or thigh.

    This thread just reminds me of my sex ed teacher in high school proclaiming "if you go to the graveyard, you won't see "COULDN'T GET ANY" on anyone's tombstone." Doesn't mean it can't hurt, though, although that's never happened to me.
    I love myself, I want you to love me
    When I feel down I want you above me
    I search myself, I want you to find me
    I forget myself, I want you to remind me.

    From my younger days have you ever heard of Blue Balls.

    There is a saying that goes something like this:
    I've had the crabs and the Blur Balls too
    The Grabs don't hurt but the Blue Balls do.

    Does that answer your question?

    Ok i went to the doc because i did do some reserch on the web from the site that ID told me about I found out that it is a phyical part of being a sex addict just like a drug addict can feel pain when having withdrawls or any other dependancy for that matter. So it's not blue balls. I just gotta wait it out for alittle while and hope like hell it goes away. Thanks everyone
