First I have used as a beginning point a list done by someone else, and I have altered and tweaked it to be better, I think.

This is intended to assist in negotiations and to show if the 2 of you are compatible. I have alter the list so that one is for the Dominate and the other is for the submissive though each cover the same issues.

I would request that once you take this please send me or post here a copy of it so that I can improve upon it. I will also give you my opinion of how you fit into the life from your responses.

This questionnaire should be filled out by a sub and provided to their Dom/Top before playing with them. This will provide a quick "head-start" to identifying limits, negotiating and finding common ground for play.

For each item, you need to provide two answers:

I've filled in my set of questions. I did find the instructions on the one for doms a bit confusing since they're written as if a sub was filling it out. I've answered in such a fashion that I would be giving where it makes sense to for a Dom to give and receiving where it makes sense of a Dom to receive as I understand it. As noted in other posts I am quite inexperienced as a Dom, so there are a lot of No's in the have you tried this column. I've answered on instinct for a lot of these. I expect this list to change quite a lot as I try some of these activities. In particular I think many of the 4's might become 5's once I've tried them. First you have a lot NO experience in many of the areas that you have expressed interest in. You show concern and care for the sub/slave in very important areas and that is a great trait for a good Dom/Master.

My advice is that you do a lot of research and ask a lot of questions. Ask for what are the hidden problems of each. In example, many pictures show a young lady hanging off the ground by her wrists, shoulders are a very weak point and most none gymnasts can't take more then 5 to 9 minutes of this. Then there is a the hidden problem that suspension cuffs are made differently for standard cuffs to protect the wrist or ankles.

You will need to plan carefully for each scene, be a chess master in that you will consider "what ifs" at each step and have a plan for each. Always remember that it is rare that anyone plans to actually harm their sub but yet it happens.

My personal opinion is that you have what it takes to be good caring Dom/Master.
