Hello everyone, my master and I are trying to come up with punishment ideas for me

He is helping me lose weight and decided together that if i mess up a certain amounts of times I will be punished and we decided they need to be harsh in order make sure i am obeying.

Here's the thing. I know absolutely nothing about you or your master. I don't know if your relationship is online or in person. I don't know what you mean by "mess up." I don't know how qualified your master is to help you lose weight. I don't know what activities you enjoy or anything about your life at all. To me, the punishment should fit the crime. For example, if you skip working out because you "didn't have time" but managed to find the time to play video games, then maybe you should lose your video games for awhile, but that's just a shot in the dark and might not even be relevant.
