Spam Reporting

I tried to use the report spam button for a poster that started multipule threads. There is a 60 second wait time between sending any kind of message. Could this be altered for the report spam function?

The moderators and admin know about this spammer. I contacted bg about thiss matter

He was found and delt with. If you contact any active mod they can make sure that myself, minx or the admins can deal with it. I can see when I am looking at the user infor how many posts all at once so to make sure they are all dealt with.
