I would recomend something with variable speed. Sometimes you fast, sometimes slow. Battery operated versions run down pretty quite but you have the advantage of not being anchored to a wall socket.
You need to be careful and clean your toys after use. Nobody wants a yeast infection or something like that b/c you didn't clean up after yourself.
