Your large-tits-on-skinny-frame idea could work in well with my idea on this theme. I've had it for some time, but I don't think I'll ever get around to it.(I'm working on a few right now, which I have never yet posted.) If any of you are writers, and like it, well, be my guest!
It goes like this:
A girl has been quite overweight all her life, and has consequently suffered a lot of teasing, rejection, negative self-esteem. But beneath the corpulence, she has very attractive features: good teeth, nose, cheekbones, and very nice eyes and hair (however you like them!). A lonely, horny predatory sees what everybody else has overlooked.
He kidnaps her, takes her to the typical isolated hideaway,--but for a very long time, does nothing sexual. He virtually starves her, and handcuffs her to a treadmill to make her lose weight even faster. He makes her wear thin, nylon short-shorts or cheerleader outfits while she works out, and he paddles her when she falls short of her performance requirements.
Throw in other punishment and torment you like so this girl "shapes up."
He also manipulates her psychologically, offering praise and rewards irregularly, and LOTS of punishment, humiliation, and bondage, so she becomes very dependent upon his (meager) rewards. He makes her eat her starvation rations from a bowl on the floor, bow and curtsy before him, and other acts turning her into a submissive.
Eventually she reaches her target weight. A bra-and-panties outfit (or maybe a dress, bathing suit), something luscious and pretty, are on a mannequin modeling her target figure, and she is rewarded sumptuously when she achieves it, having turned into a sexy, ravishing beauty who lives for one reason only: to please the master who transformed her!
The story concludes with exquisite consensual or non-consensual sex. It could work either way.
And yes, Thin-lo, residual size on her chest while the rest of her gets svelte could be very, very effective!
