Self Bondage Ideas

Does anyone have any suggestions for a self bondage scenario I can perform on myself?
Please be realistic as I plan to try to do as many of the suggestions as I possibly can

How much self bondage have you done already? And what equipment do you have?
There is a lot of stuff out there involving ice locks, light timers and other elaborate set ups. However, I mainly practise less complex forms of self bondage.

I have lockable wrist cuffs and ankle cuffs
Straps and a blindfold
And of course rope

I have performed a few self-bondage scenarios
In one I froze the lock key in a block of ice
and then locked my wrists and ankles together in front of me
I almost didn't get free before my husband came home

Another scenario; I drank a lotttt of water and then climbed into a large plastic trash bag
I climbed into our bathtub then wrapped an old belt that was several sizes too small around my waist and of course around the trash bag
I locked the belt by putting a lock through the buckle
I was not going to be free of the belt or the bag until the key was freed
Then I sat down waiting for the lock's key to become free from the ice block
Of course I was also waiting for the inevitable emptying of my bladder that I knew would come since I drank so much water
I did my best to rub myself while I waited for the ice block to melt and for my bladder to empty but it was very difficult

You could try something involving vibrators on a low setting taped to you in various places and not allowing yourself to cum until released or a certain time is passed. Done that a few times myself but not managed not to come yet... :)

One suggestion I read about on a forum involves using coded padlocks, a dark room and a lamp set on a timer to go on after a certain time. You turn off the light so that it is completely dark, lock the cuffs with the padlocks, randomise the numbers and then wait. The idea is that you cannot escape the locks until the light comes on so that you can see the numbers on the padlock. There is a risk with this (and any method involving electrics or electronics) that the timer will fail (power cut, bulb blowing etc) but you can minimise this by having alternative escape plans - for example making it so you can wriggle out of the door into a room with light or have an emergency source of light nearby.

You can also arrange with someone for a time when they can assist you online with the bondage. For example, they can send you the padlocks set to a code you do not know. You tie yourself and then wait until they send you the code.

One idea I read about involved tying yourself in a position where the shower is aimed directly at your private parts thereby giving you stimulation while you are tied.

You can do a limited degree of self mummification using cling film - similar to the bin bag one you mention above.

There is apparently a way to do a self hogtie but I have never figured out the directions properly and it does require a knife to escape the bonds. Not been confident enough to try this at all.

I read a story on line once with a great idea for a backup plan if electronics fail or another emergency comes up. Get a bucket and some rope. Fill the bucket with used motor oil and drop your spare keys in it. Tie some rope to the handle and put the bucket on the top shelf in your closet. Let the rope from the handle dangle down near the closet floor.

If you absolutely have to get out of your self-bondage, you can pull the rope. The bucket will spill the used motor oil all over the clothes in the closet, ruining them and the carpet when it lands, but you'll have your keys to free yourself. You'll also have an extremely difficult mess to clean up and the expense of new clothes and new carpet.

The beauty of this solution is that the damage it will cause is so extreme you'll only use it for real emergencies, like a house fire or real physical distress. It won't help you if the "emergency" is being discovered by your husband or a neighbor since you'd have to explain all the spilled oil.

An easy way to secure keys is to put them in your mailbox outside or in your car, parked on the street. As long as you get naked before you lock yourself up, you'll have to wait until dark for release. You'll have a built-in safeguard with this method, too. You could always get the keys in daylight if you really had to but you risk almost certain exposure and humiliation.
