proposed how to section
I have suggeseted a how to section an want to test the waters first. I know it may seem lame but every tom, dick, an harry knows how to make a ball gag right. Well i've come up with some information as how to make a ball gag similiar to this one. As soon as I finish it up I will post it here. For now I will post the materials that you need for the project.

Here are the specs on the materials. The ball is 2" in diameter an takes a 1/2x13tpi bolt, the bolt is 1" long an is 1/2"x13tpi, if you choose to use a belt you will need that funny looking tool called a mini hole punch it punches holes in leather. (I really haven't looked at pet smart to see what the biggest collar they make is, it may be better to go with a large dog collar) then you have the belt. If there is any interest in this let me know before I waste forum space an my time.

When you have gotten all of your materials together the first thing that you want to do is get the person that you will be using the ball gag on. Wrap the belt around like you are going to buckle it, cover the mouth with the belt an make sure that the buckle is centered in the back of there head, bring the tail of the belt around to about there ear should give enough room to play with. Now with a pencil or pen mark the belt just infront of the ear, also mark the belt in the center against the buckle that will be the hole punched to fit your subs head. Move around in front of your sub an mark another spot in the middle of the belt in the middle of there mouth. Now that you have made your marks remove the belt from your sub an take it to a sturdy work area. The first hole to punch will be the one that was made against the buckle. Before you punch any holes you will need to protect the work surface under the belt, i've found it useful to get one of those white plastic cutting boards from wal-mart or a dollar store beats having to exsplain to the mr. or mrs. why there is holes punched in the counter (been there done that). Okay now that you have protected the work surface proceed with punching holes. The hole that you made over the mouth needs to be just big enough for the bolt to go through. If you only plan on using this gag on one person then just punch the single hole in the back that we made next to the buckle, gauge the holes by inserting different size punches in the tail of the belt. Cut the belt at the mark made infront of the ear. Once you have done all this it's time to assemble. Put the bolt through the hole an screw on the ball,if my memory serves me right the head of the bolt is 3/4" so you will either need a 3/4" wrench or a crecent wrench also know as a adjustable wrench, fit all, knuckle buster. Snug the bolt down so that the ball does not spin freely. Now its time to try it on. Your sub has proably wondered off by now so you will proably find them sitting in front of the computer looking at more how to's from shecallsmemaster. The ball that is picuted above can be found at www.reidsupply.com

MMMMMMM sounds easy enough....
Not so sure about the wondering sub part. I would be right there impatiently waiting! :D
One question though... do you need to cover the ball in anything? I suddenly envisioned chipped teeth for some reason.... lol.

That's what I was worried about too, they do make a some rubber balls but they aren't as big as the metal one. How ever to protect the teeth you could invest in two sports mouth guards.

I would say that if you do that metalball you can wrap it with rubberbands or use a foam ball and put the metal in the middle. Might make it "soft" enough as not to damage the teeth.
