I came across this article about the quest for MMO and techniques on how to make it possible for anyone. A couple of these exercises I already knew about, but most are new to me. I hope every finds it as useful as I do.

I heard of this...is this just an urban legend, or is there some substance to it?

I know that the PC muscle exercises work, and these are academic papers, so I would bet on the possibility.

This is an exerpt from the article: "Expulsion-phase orgasm is accompanied by ejaculation and erection loss..."

So you guys ejaculate once and then you "lose it" for a time? Seriously?
Just asking as I wouldn't know anything about the whole concept of "once and done".

Actually tessa, there are exceptions to this, in spite of what the books say. Even at my age I can still it is not 100% true.

Rhabbi, I know their are exceptions to the "once and done" rule. I know it so very, very well. Mmmmhmmm, yes I do. :11:

it's not an urban legend, I'm able to do it. First time it happened i wondered why I wasn't needing a small break before 2nds. Felt like an orgasm to me, and to her, but no evidence of it so we just kept going. Did it a two more times in that sitting <grins thinking about that night>. Since then I've learned to do it many many times...and I'll warn you...when you do eventually have an orgasm...you might want to have a towel near by......

Hmm...ive done it before. Just a few times but it take a longggggg time for me. Its just a matter of focusing and just keep going. The second one wasnt very big though.
